    Following the changes on FCA regulation, our clients will be segregated into two categories:

    Since professional clients will not be subjected to restrictions following new measures taken by ESMA, if our clients want to keep their margin and leverage level, they can apply to attain professional client status.
     
    How to attain professional client status?
    To attain professional client status, you are required to fulfill TWO requirements as laid out by FCA. A shortcoming in fulfilling the criteria will retain your account status as a Retail Client.
    Requirements:
    a. Worked in the financial sector for at least 1 year.
    b. Investment portfolio that exceeds EUR500,000 (cash savings/financial instrument)
    c. Executed more than 10 trades with significant size for the past 12 months.
     
    Requirements and documents for FCA Professional client
    In order to attain FCA Professional client status, existing clients are required to download the application form attached to their email which informs them of changes in ESMA regulation.
     
    New clients will be required to downloading the application form via the email received upon making first deposit.
     
    Client is required to fill in the form, provide supporting documents and fulfill TWO requirements as laid out by FCA below:
